We’re Officially B Corp Certified

It’s official, THE FULLEST is B Corp Certified! We’re thrilled with this achievement and continue to focus on our ultimate goal of a win-win-win for our company, our customers, and Mother Earth.

What Does It Mean Exactly To Be B Corp Certified?

The B Corporation defines their certification as, “A designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials.” Until we underwent this journey ourselves, we thought that B Corp Certified stood only for sustainability but it’s so much more than that. It extends to all areas of business from corporate social responsibility, to employee care, and clear and ethical consumer communication.

Why Are We Celebrating?

The path to becoming B Corp Certified is rigorous and long (as it should be). In fact, it’s been a two-year process. As a small company, this was a big deal that took considerable time and resources but it has taught us a lot about creating a business that is ethical and in integrity on every front. We’re grateful for the opportunity to hold ourselves accountable and always be improving for the good of our employees, communities, and of course — planet.

Why Is This Important?

Obviously, you don’t need a piece of paper to be an ethical or sustainable company and we honor the many brands that are in high integrity and not B Corp Certified. However, for us it is important to have a third party outside of our business to hold us to a standard of accountability. After all, sometimes you need someone else to mirror your strengths and your blocks. We’ve expanded a lot in the past few years and are aware that our more recent product line is still creating consumption on the planet. We are determined to do this in the most conscious and mindful way possible from sustainable packaging, to avoiding overproduction, and beyond. The B Corp Certification also sees us give back to organizations that are near to our heart. THE FULLEST donates 2% of all revenue to Kiss The Ground and The Ecology Center to support regenerative agriculture initiatives because we believe the health of our planet and our personal well-being are one and the same.

What’s Still In Process?

Our next step is to become fully organic certified. Although nearly all of our ingredients are currently cultivated organically — some are not officially “certified.” For the few that are not organic, we are in the process of finding ethical and sustainable suppliers that can provide us with high-quality, organic alternatives.Thank you for your support as we continue to learn and grow. It’s our truest desire to provide you with high-quality products and content that nourish you inside and out — and honor our nature-first approach.
