Posture Power

Sutra 2.46 in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, translates to: "The posture (asana) for Yoga meditation should be steady, stable, and motionless, as well as comfortable, and this is the third of the eight rungs of Yoga." This sutra reminds me to be consistent without being rigid. The consistency is the stability in a posture, but having ease and being comfortable is just as important to finding your balance. In your practice today, I invite you to explore the strength and consistency in your postures and breath while practicing equal amounts of comfort and ease.https://youtu.be/5uJgXmxJW08
