Cider Vinegar, Lemon + Cayenne Spritz Recipe

Anyone who knows me knows my affinity for wine runs deep. I drink it. I've studied it. I love it. Wine is the perfect counterpart to almost any meal. It's has the ability to take a meal or evening from average to awesome, but wine, like all things, can be abused. One glass turns into four and the next thing you know you wake up feeling less than optimal, and spend the next day annoyed with yourself. I encourage moderation wholeheartedly as wine truly is meant to be enjoyed! But as with all good things it's sometimes nice to mix it up and take a break from your own routine. What I find that I miss the most making dinner without a glass of wine- isn't the slight buzz or calming effect, it's the digestive ease and palate cleansing acidity that wakes your taste buds and shifts your mood from day to night. This recipe is tried, tested, and oh so true! I literally make this concoction at least twice a week.A BIG plus is that Apple cider vinegar has an endless lineage of health benefits attached to it. Some of which may or may not be as true- nonetheless we think its pretty good for you.Apple Cider Vinegar may:
