THE FULLEST Faves: Edition 33

We are back for another roundup of our founder’s favorite picks for the month. With the arrival of the summer solstice, Nikki Bostwick has lined up a protecting, grounding, and functional list of tinctures, eats, and places that are sure to keep you nourished for all of the sunny days and summer travels ahead!

Nia’s Arc

With hot summer days ahead, I always keep my freezer stocked with Nia’s Arc Functional Frozen Pops. These are the cleanest popsicles you will ever find. They are sweetened with real honey and incorporate healing herbs, so you and your little ones can essentially enjoy a frozen herbal infusion in popsicle form! My son and I are obsessed with the Soul Box because we love the linden, oat straw, and nettle flavors!

Alexis Smart Flower Sac

Alexis Smart Flower Remedies have been essential in my arsenal for years, and now she has collaborated with one of my all-time favorite designers, Agnes Baddoo, to create the perfect bag to store your remedies in. This pouch is lined with Faraday EMF protection, so your tinctures are guarded while traveling through TSA and safe against wifi radiation. If you’re shopping through her remedies, I also recommend Wallflower for special occasions in lieu of drinking!

Honeybee Hippie

There's nothing like nourishing your skin with real nutrients. I have been using Honeybee Hippie's Sunny Days Mineral Tallow Body Sunscreen and Herbal Infused Raw Honey Face Mask non-stop!

Exheal™ soothing saffron salt bath

This is the bath formula that healed my Hashimoto's Autoimmune inflammation. Each jar contains four baths with a medicinal dose of 125mg of saffron. This potent dose will support your body in decreasing inflammation, recovering from aches and pains, and aiding in digestive discomfort. Heal your body from the outside in with my go-to bath ritual!

National Parks & the Outdoors

I recently went to Yosemite with my family, and it was such a grounding experience. It reminded me of how important it is to be surrounded by nature to help recalibrate our senses and connect back to our body and intuition. Our kids are at a wonderful age to take them to the various national parks and forests, and I’m grateful to experience the abundance nature provides us — from the greenery and flowing waterfalls to the nighttime sky lit up by stars and the opportunity to sit by the fire with the people I love. I highly recommend taking time this summer to go outside! We stayed at Autocamp right outside Yosemite Park and loved our experience!

Pause Studio

I’ve been a fan of Pause Studio since they first opened on the Westside of LA. They have been expanding quite a bit, and I had the chance to visit their Brentwood location recently, which was built with such intention. We live in a time when many people are exploring contrast therapy and purchasing saunas and cold plunges for their homes. I love seeing this trend so much, but as a mom, I also love the idea of leaving my house and just having time for me — regardless of where you’re at on your journey, if you’re close to a Pause location, I encourage you to pop by!

Moon Juice Magnesi-Om

You may be familiar with Magnesium supporting sleep, digestion, and muscles, but did you also know it is crucial in protecting our heart?! Our family takes Magnesi-Om daily, and I love that they now have single-serving packets — I bought them for my husband's office to help him take the edge off at work (instead of opting for coffee like he typically does). Being in a state of calm supports us in efficiency and focus!Nikki Bostwick is the Founder and Editor in Chief of THE FULLEST and host of THE FULLEST Podcast.
