THE FULLEST Faves XIII

This month, get Nikki’s favorite picks including a couple of amazing reads (for your inner seeker), a touch of beauty and fashion (for your inner aesthete), some potent supplements (for your inner healer), and some clean marshmallows (for your inner child). We’re calling it our most integrated list yet.

Dr. Sadeghi’s Supplements

My family physician, Dr. Sadeghi, co-founder of Be Hive of Healing, has the best supplements ever! I personally love his Pop-n-Heal supplement that I use before boarding a flight or when going to a crowded gathering. His Phastest-Healing-EVR tincture is also a favorite of ours as well as the Nazo-Heal nasal spray. You can find all of these supplements in his immune repair kit, found here. I highly recommend purchasing it and having this all on hand when you’re starting to feel like you’re coming down with something.

Sweet Apricity Marshmallows

I was recently at the opening of the Holistic Ranch Grocer in Joshua Tree and found this amazing brand of marshmallows. There have been a lot of brands popping up with “clean” marshmallows but they don’t really follow through on the ingredients — when I finally found this brand I couldn’t help but stock up for hot cocoa season.

Face Oil

Face oil is my number one beauty essential — I use Living Libations Sandalwood Best Skin Ever and a warm organic face cloth to take my makeup off in the evenings, then I top it off with Agent Nateur’s Holi Face Oil or Surya Spa’s Balancing Face Oil. I like to alternate my face oils so my skin doesn’t get too accustomed to one thing. Right now, my routine has been using the Surya Spa face oil in the morning for a nice pick me up. Then in the colder months, I add Surya Spa Collagen Cream to top it off and keep my face from getting dry.

Sabah

These shoes hold a lot of sentimental value for me but they’re also just stunning pieces that you’ll own forever with the right TLC. My husband religiously wears these shoes and at our wedding back in 2016, all the groomsmen were kitted out in a pair also. Personally, I love them too, especially because they also align with a lot of my values around slow fashion. Every pair is hand crafted at the Sabah Workshop in Gaziantep, Turkey and initialled by the maker. Sabah shoes use all natural ingredients in the tanning process — no cheap synthetics or paint. The quality is reflected, first and foremost, in the color and feel of the leathers, but mostly proven in how they age, their longevity, and ability to be restored and refreshed. If you’re interested in giving them a try, I recommend visiting one of their five Sabah House locations in New York, Amagansett, San Francisco, Dallas, or London OR shop online here. For free shipping on your Sabah order of $75 or more, use code THEFULLEST at checkout.

Momstrology Book

This book breaks down your astrological compatibility with different signs. As a parent, understanding your sign, and your kids’ signs, can help you learn more about your child and also the type of sibling they may be. It’s been totally spot on with our family. Plus, it’s super fun to just generally explore the family dynamics. It also is a great gift for anyone in your life looking into starting or expanding their family.

The Emotion Code

Much of our suffering is due to negative emotional energies that have become ‘trapped’ within us. The Emotion Code is a simple and powerful method of finding and releasing these trapped energies. I personally work with a certified emotion code practitioner that helps our family once a month. Her name is Megan Buer and you can also find our IG Live together on Instagram here.Nikki Bostwick is the founder and editor in chief of THE FULLEST and host of THE FULLEST Podcast. She has always been passionate about providing wellness content that offers a perspective outside the mainstream narrative — one that is holistic, diverse, and inclusive.
