In fact, we run the full gamut of healing from simple rose waters and saffron lattes all the way to Dark Entities and Negative Influence Removal. Take a peek and if something calls out, give it a try!

Underground Railroad

I just started watching this show and although I am only a few episodes in, I am so inspired by it. It’s about the civil rights movement and a lot of it is dramatized for cinematography purposes (like there’s a real railroad underground, etc.) but overall, underneath the painful acknowledgement of the horrendous acts and culturally accepted wrongdoings, the show also serves as a reminder of what few but honorable people there were that stood up against the inhumanity by risking their lives to help free people from slavery. It is something I will never overlook - people had so much grit back then and while most of the world was horrific and engaging in the horrendous act of slavery, these individuals trusted their inner voice in knowing what was right from wrong, and I aspire to be one of those people, sticking to my beliefs and fighting for the rights of all people even in the midst of so much madness. For these people it was life or death. In modern times, standing up for controversial issues like medical freedom for the most part results in censorship, which although is a huge issue in and of itself, it is still not a life or death situation.

Rose Water from Erewhon

Sometimes, I just want something cool and hydrating but not just plain water. Enter rose water — which has become my summer beverage of choice (other than Honey Hi’s Iced Tea which is also another favorite beverage of mine that you must try if you’re in LA). Anyways, you can buy the Erewhon Pure Rose Water already made or make your own by purchasing Bulgarian rose water (which is really concentrated), so you’ll want to add it to spring or filtered water, and if you’re feeling fancy, you can give it a pink hue with a splash of beet juice. It’s also a fun beverage to have as a water alternative at summer gatherings.

Supreme Space Spray from Daughter Alchemy

I love this spray so much! If you’ve ever worked with an energetic healer, you’ve probably heard them say something about surrounding yourself in white light for protection around your aura. This is something they recommend to do when you leave your home in the morning. It’s really simple to just close your eyes and protect yourself and your family in this envelope of white light. However, I’m a very tactile person so I love using a spray to symbolize this for myself as I imagine surrounding myself and my family in white light while I spray it on and around us. Also, the smell just brings me joy.

Chlorella from the Health Ranger

Chlorella is a natural detoxifier and supports your body's natural ability to clear toxins by binding to them. It’s also rich in antioxidants, which provide protection against free radicals, combat oxidative stress, and promote overall health. For this reason, it also supports immune system function and helps protect your body against external threats. I have been taking it for months now because I love snacking on the tablets, and I personally feel like it’s been helpful in my body’s immune response against the spike protein found in the current vaccine and virus.

Iced Warm Feelings™ Saffron Lattes

My son has been a big part of the inception of our Warm Feelings™ Saffron Latte Powder from the very beginning of its launch. He was there when we finalized the formulation and was always around as we shared it with others during different tastings and events. He is a huge fan of it so when the single serving sachets finally launched, I was so excited because he can now make the perfect saffron latte every time without using spoonfuls of the powder out of the jar and making a huge mess! We’ve been enjoying making them iced this summer by mixing the powder with a splash of hot water, adding in two large cubes of ice, and filling the cup with unsweetened raw, organic almond milk. It’s the perfect morning beverage to wake up to and brighten your day!

Bennd Yoga Mats + Meditation Pillows

I can never go back to another basic mat after using this incredible, medicinal mat made only from natural textiles and plant-based dyes that support our body’s healing process. I’ve found that my yoga practice is so much more enjoyable and fulfilling with a mat that I know is good for me and for the environment, not to mention way more aesthetically pleasing than any other mat I’ve come across! They also have beautiful meditation pillows, as well as bolsters and yoga blocks that are only filled with buckwheat and covered with natural textiles. If you haven’t heard of Bennd yet, check out my podcast with the founder Heather or head to their website and use code THEFULLEST for $20 off your mat!

Margaret McCormick Negative Influence Removal

I used to take energy work a bit too far and so seriously that it was another way for me to escape and not connect with my own intuition. In a way I gave up my agency to someone else in order to have them make big life decisions for me. I noticed this would happen during times I felt lost and needed some guidance but in my search for guidance I also wanted to give up the responsibility of making my own decisions. I share this with you because as I go on to suggest this healer I was connected with, I want to mention that I don’t typically invest in this sort of thing anymore. However, if it’s someone I’ve specifically worked with in the past that has proven successful with my energetic makeup and have an ongoing relationship with, then maybe once to twice a year, I’ll go in for a bit of a tune up.Now, onto negative influences. I was recently mentioning to my intuitive chiropractor that someone in my family has been so incredibly out of touch with reality that it’s affecting everyone else’s lives because of their inability to be present. This person has taken revengeful actions towards her own immediate family and it has been really difficult for me to witness. I honestly felt like this person's actions were going to eventually kill the other people by stressing them out so much. My chiropractor recommended I look into the idea of negative influences and order this individual a negative influence removal from Margaret McCormick. I sat with it for a couple days, finally went and made the order, and sent Margaret an email to see if we could expedite the process as there was a family court hearing with this individual and I was hoping it would help that case. Anyways, she emailed back immediately that while many people do have negative entities essentially attached to them which are preventing them from living a life to their fullest capacity and potential, there are some individuals that actually also have what’s called Dark Entities. These are energies that have never been souls on this planet but can attach during a period of trauma in their lives because they’ve essentially weakened their system and created an opening where other energies can latch onto them. This person had three Dark Entities that had been with her for 42 and 46 years, around the time she had experienced living through war and the untimely death of her father. She also had six other negative entities. All of these entities were attached to specific organs that we know she’s had trouble with recently. Not to mention that Dark Entities can also be linked to Multiple Personality Disorders which rang true for this individual. When Margaret sent back the report to me, I was truly taken aback. I’d never seen anything so clearly and also worked with someone who provided a thorough report of the work they are facilitating. If you’re interested in an assessment and negative influence removal for yourself or another individual, I highly recommend her as it can help with health problems, addiction, mood disorders, etc. I don’t believe in a quick fix with anything, but I do believe there is something to this work! You can also clear your home (which I’m doing to prepare for my home birth). I’ve since ordered one for a couple others and have shared with friends who are impressed with their findings.
