Be Your Own Healer With Elemental Wizdom

Elemental Wizdom is a wellness brand focused on creating natural products using only the purest bioavailable ingredients. Formulated with no preservatives, soy, gluten, dairy, sugars, casein, or artificial colors, all ingredients are ethically sourced and never artificially altered. Founder Adam Ian maintains a working relationship with his suppliers, which is something that separates Elemental Wizdom from other supplement or cannabis companies. “It’s really important for me to see how ingredients are produced, manufactured, and extracted,” explains Ian. “The only way to make sure is to experience it firsthand. People [including manufacturers] will tell you what you want to hear in order to get the sale.” To maintain quality control, Ian regularly tests every product on himself to ensure his offerings are up to his standards and that they’re safe to use consistently.  With a background in marketing and a wealth of formal education and life experience behind him, Ian considers himself a lifelong learner of sorts and firmly believes in thinking critically and doing your own research. He runs the company largely on his own, doing everything from processing orders to social media management and more. As a raw food chef, the human element is incredibly important, admits Ian. At Elemental Wizdom no one uses plastic gloves and there’s no metal involved when preparing raw foods (as it messes with the subtle energy of the ingredients and its toxicity can oxidize ingredients and manipulate the energy of the food). Because of this, Ian goes to great lengths not to use metals in any of his product formulation and packaging. “That’s why my stuff is packaged in miron glass,” offers Ian. “The glass is energetically sound; it preserves the energy and purity of the product more than any other kind of packaging. If you packaged what I made in a different bottle, it wouldn’t work as well. It’s a better product because of it.” Indeed, all of Elemental Wizdom’s goods, like the Super Human Probiotics supplement, are manufactured in a manner that honors the design and purpose of the ingredients. The thought that goes into creating these products goes further than just aiming for results. On top of improving a user’s health, Ian’s goal is to foster a culture of self awareness and education, stressing, “If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.” The entrepreneur also warns against generic and mass-produced supplements for this reason, noting that they can sometimes be just as harmful as processed foods.

“Just because you see a product everywhere doesn’t mean it’s good for you,” he cautions. “It’s not that these companies have a better product, they just have better marketing than smaller brands.”

For those just venturing into the supplement space, Ian suggests getting started with a probiotic. Probiotics help the overall functioning of your consciousness from your brain-gut connection to your mental health -- but, he recommends, start slow. “These products might not be fun at first, they might disrupt the things going on in your body,” explains Ian. “There’s a lot of build up that happens so I make sure to tell people that their body might go through a detox period [before the benefits start] -- and that’s natural.” With the amount of GMOs and processed food we eat today, the detox period should be expected, but when it’s over, you’ll be feeling better than ever...“I made this stuff for myself and believe it should be staples in everyone’s diets,” closes a passionate Ian. “If it’s not good enough for me, then it shouldn’t be good enough for you.” Logan Cross is a writer, editor, and dancer based in Los Angeles.
