The Chai Pancake Recipe for Every Dosha

There’s nothing like a hot cup of chai and a stack of healthy gluten-free pancakes on a self care Sunday. Now, imagine combining them…This recipe is tridoshic, meaning it can be enjoyed by all three Doshas. To make something tridoshic, you take out anything that will imbalance either of the three Doshas -- which means no raw for Vatas, spiciness for Pittas, and dairy for Kaphas. These pancakes are free of wheat, sugar, or eggs, are warming yet light, and are best enjoyed with a morning vinyasa flow and turmeric face mask.
