Yoga to Help You Speak Your Truth

To be completely and radically honest is hard! Personally, I often find myself lying when I don't want to hurt someone's feelings or when I don't want to look bad. I know I need to work on not being so concerned with what others think of me-- and I've come a long way-- but those old insecurities still creep up from time to time. I know I can be more honest with others when I let go of the fear of their reactions and speak my truth using honest, humility, and compassion. Today, during your practice, I invite you to be radically honest with yourself about how the postures feel in your body and focus on keeping your breath nice and steady. Then, I invite you to look at the areas in your own life that you might be able to incorporate some radical honesty.https://youtu.be/WDHYzfP77lw
