Temper Taming Yoga

Sometimes it can be very difficult to watch someone we love go through a difficult time. They may lash out at us over their own frustration causing us to be tempted to try and fix their problems. We often think we know what's best for someone else, even though in reality there's no real way of knowing. While I love all "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz, the second one really speaks to me when it says to not take anything personally… ever! Even when someone is seemingly frustrated with us, that person is really only reflecting his or her own pain. So the next time you find yourself tempted to get involved with someone else's process, put away the microscope and take out the mirror! Now, let's do our practice and put the focus on you!https://youtu.be/wxmghwYGEDc
